Membership to the CHRO Executive Circle is complimentary. Fellow members must imperatively justify a CHRO, CPO, HR Director or senior HR decision-making position within a significant employer organization, demonstrate significant achievements,  have an excellent professional reputation, and prove eagerness to advance their strategic thinking. Members are also selected to represent a balanced gender, industry, geographical and background mix.
