CHRO Boardroom meetings consist of a series of lunches/dinners and conversations among Chief HR Officers. They give the rare opportunity to exchange ideas with peers from the same level, freely share respective views and observations, trigger lateral thinking, triangulate different perspectives, and learn from one another in an atmosphere of frank dialogue operated under the Chatham House rule.

Guests are required to consciously prepare the discussion beforehand and to come to grips with real-world issues, with a give-and-take mindset, and with no holds barred.
