THE PLACE TO (RE)THINK HR TRANSFORMATION AND VALUE
Quality, relevancy and timeliness of content are the hallmarks of the Circle since inception. Agenda topics and themes are selected upon careful research and tracking of real-life cases from around the globe. The lively and straightforward exchanges enable CHROs and other HR Leaders to talk face to face with a no-holds-barred mindset and to benefit from the collective experience in the room.
The Circle is a private organization driven by a strict code of ethics and therefore completely independent from any commercial or academical influence. The Circle doesn’t sell products and doesn’t sell services. The Circle also advocates for the most appropriate social governance and use of HR technology as well to serve business, people and the society with the highest levels of performance, ethics and social responsibility.
A deliberately small group of selected corporate partners participates to the sessions upon a drastic code of conduct to enrich the discussions through recent surveys and research, innovative cases, and cutting-edge guidance on the most appropriate routes for navigating HR transformation, redefinition of work and technology adoption. Commercial speeches are strictly banned to ensure CHROs benefit from unbiased insights they cannot find anywhere else.
The CHRO Executive Circle is energized by an Advisory Board made of renowned CHROs representing a variety of backgrounds, companies and industry sectors. The Advisory Board suggests topics, recommends speakers, bounces ideas off, and helps driving new initiatives forward through their experience and network of relationships.
Finally, the Circle is voluntarily kept discreet and therefore not seeking for the spotlights and appearance in the media.
