Membership to the CHRO Executive Circle is free of charge and only proposed upon invitation.

Members are selected upon a series of very strict criteria and conditions. Members must imperatively justify a CHRO, HR Director or senior HR decision-making position within a significant employer organization, demonstrate significant achievements, and have an excellent professional reputation.

Newcomers are either recommended by an existing member upon reputation and eagerness to advance personal strategic thinking. Members are  selected to represent a balanced gender, industry, geographical and background mix.
